# 📍 Releases & Roadmap This page tracks **Collective Audience Desk** releases for our customers and partners. ## Roadmap Upcoming releases will be published here as they reach production. Active work includes our **MCP** path toward a true agentic creative assistant in Desk (target **October 2026**), SIMID-first video (VAST 4 + CTV), and expanded US market integrations. *Last updated: October 12, 2026.* **History scope:** January 2025 through September 2026. --- ## September 2026 * **Salesforce-ready forms** - form fields can carry a custom HTML id / name mapped to your Salesforce field ids, plus a form-rendered event, for Web-to-Lead integrations. * **Lead reports** - fixed column aliases and a yes / no column for additional opt-ins. * **External trackings** - new `[CLICK_LABEL]` macro; Interaction available as a tracking event; multiple events per integration; Piano Analytics included in content responses. * **Privacy** - external trackings now filtered on both TCF consent and legitimate interest. * **Webhooks** - array values supported in webhook payloads. * **CTV / SIMID** - remote-control navigation support for CTV players. * **VAST** - `clickThrough` tag parameter mapped to VideoClicks ClickThrough; classic video tracking pixels (impression to complete) fired from tag parameters. * **Statistics** - slider interactions sent as dedicated events. * **MCP server (in progress)** - work continues on our MCP server, the foundation for the agentic creative assistant in Desk (see Roadmap). Not yet available to customers. * **Editor fixes** - no more duplicate formats on repeated saves; form designs apply correctly on every page. ## August 2026 * **CSS selectors** - new styling hook for the question choices container. * **Statistics** - first votes available in the Today columns. * **Copy creative** - fix when copying a creative to another account. ## July 2026 * **AI for Surveys** - LLM-assisted generation of questions and answer choices for Survey formats (Questionnaire, Carousel, Duel), in addition to Quiz. Same review, edit, and human-validation workflow. AI transparency badges remain on generated content. * **White-label widget** - expanded options to hide account name, sponsored/demo labels, Collective Audience logo, and privacy link on the widget. * **Creative list filters** - additional filters including content descriptions. * **Copy brick ID** - copy a brick ID from the editor brick list. * **Editor UX** - creative preview stays on the current brick after save; clearer Save vs Save and go back; quiz feedback padding fix. * **Creative Connect** - Hawk preview URL available for demo traffic. * **VAST** - video delivery standardized on VAST 4.1. * **OpenRTB** - GPID and EXP on outbound impression payloads; OpenRTB metrics in supply stats; Exte enablement improvements for publishers. ## June 2026 * **Ads.txt notifications** - configure notification emails in account settings to receive Ads.txt warnings. * **Creative list filters** - filter creatives by general criteria, attribution, and identification. * **Password-protected reports** - optional password when exporting reports. * **Desk login security** - Cloudflare Turnstile on login. * **Publisher embed code** - updated default format and ordering for embed snippets. * **Documentation** - in-app help links now point to Outline public docs. * **Webhooks** - fix for oversized webhook field labels in the editor. ## May 2026 * **Engage slugs** - custom URL slugs for hosted Engage experiences. * **Creative list filters** - global and first-screen info filters on creative lists. * **Hawk click tracker** - new adserving click tracking integration. * **Creative Connect** - script delivery update for tag integrations. ## April 2026 * **Brand safety** - brand safety controls in campaign workflow. * **Frequency capping** - Vote and Interaction available as capping/limit types. * **Slot rules** - max height constraint for slot rules. * **Rich text** - link validation in flat visualisation mode. * **Personality profiles** - fix for stats display on personality quiz formats. * **Privacy** - GDPR consent handling fix on serve calls. ## March 2026 * **First-party cookies** - `caudid` and `caudid_date` cookies on publisher domains (replacing legacy `beopid`). * **Header bidding** - new bidders: Trustx and Exte in the bidder editor. * **Mediarithmics** - version field in integration editor. * **Campaigns** - minimum campaign start date setting. * **Forms** - CSS selector for form requirement notifications. * **Identity** - improved `caudid` / user ID stability fixes. ## February 2026 * **SDK** - `gdpr` and `gdprConsent` parameters in SDK configuration. * **Header bidding** - Exte bidder support. * **Editor** - link editor in rich text (Tiptap) inputs. * **Quiz** - rich feedback text no longer auto-linkified; editor UX improvements. * **End screens** - default exit hidden when an end-screen exit is configured. * **Tracking** - ContentView and ContentLeaveView events available for subscription. ## January 2026 * **Forms** - dynamic search within form fields. * **Tracking** - exit click ID forwarded to tracking wrapper for conversion flows. * **Transfers** - test button in periodic transfer editor. * **Video** - video click statistics. * **OpenRTB video** - improved VAST vs HTML handling in OpenRTB delivery. * **Equativ** - updated tag layout for Equativ integrations. ## December 2025 * **Impression campaigns** - new impression-based campaign pricing mode. * **Video size rules** - video dimensions in slot rules and publisher settings. * **End screens** - configurable row count on quiz/game result screens. * **Dynamic questions** - carousel behavior improvements. * **Question UX** - validation button flow for single-choice questions. * **Content sizes** - four additional creative sizes with improved previews. * **Thanks & end screens** - CSS selectors for styling thanks and end screens. ## November 2025 * **RTB serve mode** - new serve mode for real-time bidding workflows. * **ads.txt** - domain-level ads.txt validation. * **CSS selectors** - seven additional styling hooks for creatives. * **Twitch** - Twitch supported as a media source. * **Integrations** - Analytics (including Piano) and DCO tabs in account settings. * **Live preview** - fix for 1×1 creatives on small screens. ## October 2025 * **Rich text editor** - new editor experience across the Desk. * **FirstId** - FirstId supported as an extended identity (EIDS) in Prebid setups. * **Custom CSS** - account-level custom CSS option (when enabled). * **Quiz** - CSS selectors for progress bar and score; choice validation beyond multiple-choice. * **Reports** - clearer Save vs Generate actions in report editor. * **Equativ** - updated click macro for Creative Connect tags. ## September 2025 * **VAST in OpenRTB** - video creatives deliverable through OpenRTB. * **Video per SSP** - per-SSP video toggle in Display Server settings. * **AdPlayer.Pro** - new VAST player option. * **Metrics** - first engagement vs repeat engagement metric. * **Reports** - archive instead of delete. * **Duel** - customizable "or" label with CSS selector. * **MadSense** - new header-bidding partner in bidder settings. ## August 2025 * **Root exit** - option to show creative information on root exit. * **Google Ads** - delivery issue fixes. ## July 2025 * **Click anywhere** - full widget surface is clickable. * **Copy creative** - duplicate a creative to another account from the editor. * **Image preview URL** - preview URL support for image assets. * **Reports** - name templates and recurrence dates visible in report list. * **AWS S3** - new periodic export destination. * **Dynamic questions** - search bar and end-screen options. * **Demo pages** - mobile section on demo pages. ## June 2025 * **Form labels** - labels on form fields (like opt-ins). * **CSS selectors** - styling hooks for radio/checkbox groups. * **Creative description** - description panel globalized; first-brick defaults. * **Publisher embed** - default embed is now HTML widget + SDK. * **Copy creative** - duplicate to another account. * **Quiz** - fix for score display on game end screens. ## May 2025 * **Hidden form fields** - hidden input type in forms. * **Integrations** - tabbed layout in account integration settings. * **Campaign warnings** - warnings surfaced in campaign workflow. * **Campaign metadata** - additional external information fields on campaigns. * **Brand safety** - publisher brand safety setting. * **pageUrl** - page URL available in SDK config. * **Choice keys** - choice keys/IDs available for pixels and macros. * **Header bidding** - Xandr bidder added. * **Adserving** - Adform delivery support. ## April 2025 * **Engage v2** - redesigned hosted Engage experience. * **Interaction pixel** - new interaction tracking pixel. * **Creative sizes** - 320×100, 970×250, and 233×360 sizes added. * **Contents editor** - more descriptive fields in content editor. * **Creative manager role** - new role for creative-only access. * **Placement** - placement ID/name in creative description. * **Engage preview** - footer removed in Engage preview. * **VAST** - click events on VAST player; macro replacement in player. ## March 2025 * **CMP** - widget no longer waits indefinitely for CMP to load. * **Optin labels** - customizable labels on opt-in fields. * **Collective Audience branding** - ongoing dashboard and widget rebrand (BeOp to Collective Audience). * **Reports** - campaigns and creatives have dedicated report lists and editors. ## February 2025 * **Collective Audience domain** - full support for collectiveaudience.co in Desk. * **VAST delivery** - click tracking on VAST player. * **Xandr bidder** - header-bidding integration. * **Adform** - adserving delivery support. * **Reports** - per-campaign and per-creative report editors. * **Content events** - ContentView and ContentLeaveView in event subscriptions. * **Branding** - Collective Audience visual identity rollout in Desk. ## January 2025 * **VAST links** - VAST URLs available in diffusion methods. * **Optin labels** - label customization on opt-in components. * **Creative list** - screenshot previews on hover. * **Reports** - additional metrics fields in reports. * **External tracking sync** - sync with external tracking systems. * **Survey grids** - control number of columns in survey grids (from late Dec 2024 release, live Jan 2025). --- ## Before 2025 ?
